A comprehensive communication and engagement strategy
From ‘Name and Shame’ to food handling basics and licensing, the role of The NSW Food Authority (NSWFA) is to ensure that food sold in NSW is safe, correctly labelled and that consumers are able to make informed decisions about what they eat.
To support its important work, Juntos Marketing was engaged to develop a comprehensive communication and engagement strategy, so that the Food Authority’s messages reach the right audiences at the right times.
Strengthening outreach and digital presence.
Working closely with the team at the NSW Food Authority, we initially undertook a key stakeholder workshop, an audit of existing resources and comprehensive desk research.
Juntos then crafted an implementation plan and content strategy, conducted UX, SEO and website analytics reviews, and provided actionable recommendations for website, social media and digital improvements.
Engaging content production
To ensure the plans and strategies led to measurable outcomes, Juntos also assisted in content production, updating and designing new assets, building out their digital suite, from fact sheets to landing pages and video production.
