Who we are.
Carolyn Loton
Director & Founder of Juntos Marketing & Leapfrog Research

Before launching the award-winning content and marketing agency Juntos Marketing in 2006, Carolyn Loton was an Occupational Therapist, working in acute hospitals, rehabilitation centres and the community. A career change saw her hold a number of executive sales and marketing positions in leading fast-moving consumer goods companies.
In 2016, Carolyn led the acquisition of Leapfrog Research, a wholly owned research business of Juntos Marketing, which specialises in market and social research.
Today, Carolyn is committed to creating meaningful impact for her clients by driving effective communication of their important messages. She regularly shares her knowledge and experience by speaking at respected conferences, mentoring and through her participation as an active not-for-profit board member.
