For nearly 20 years, the Juntos Marketing team has been all about collaboration, quality marketing work and making a difference to people’s lives.
Over the 20 years, there have been changes in offices, changes in team members and big changes in what marketing and content looks like.
We have worked with over 100 brands, many of whom are long-term clients. We have developed countless strategies, consulted with hundreds of consumers, produced thousands of assets and created multiple award-winning campaigns.
Our internal team includes account managers, writers, designers and content creators, as well as senior researchers. And our wonderful external network of long-term partners broadens what we are able to offer, from professional videography to high quality printing, to web development and more.

Becoming a B Corp Certified organisation in 2023 was an important milestone for us because it formalised what we have always believed in — using business as a force for good. B Corp is a worldwide accreditation for businesses that meet high standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. Carolyn Loton is a highly experienced marketer and researcher, passionate about using marketing for positive social and environmental change. As the Founder and Director of Juntos Marketing and Director and Owner of Leapfrog Research, Carolyn leads a dedicated team of marketing, communications, and research specialists focused on impactful projects that drive real results.
With a background as an Occupational Therapist, Carolyn brings a unique blend of strategic marketing expertise and deep consumer understanding to health promotion, behaviour change, and sustainability campaigns. Her commitment to evidence-based decision-making, research insights, and co-design informs her approach to developing effective strategies that solve complex challenges.
As a Qualified Practising Researcher, Carolyn has successfully overseen numerous high-impact projects for government agencies, non-profits, and industry. Her extensive work includes strategic engagement for the University of Sydney, NSW Food Authority and NSW Investment, and qualitative research for Kineo, Moir Group and Department of Health and Aged Care. NSW Department of Planning, qualitative research for aged care providers, and the design of accessibility solutions for Service NSW.
Carolyn is also deeply committed to addressing climate change and biodiversity protection. She co-founded Professionals for Climate Action, a network of over 500 experts dedicated to climate advocacy, and serves as the Chair of the Nature Conservation Council of NSW. Carolyn is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of Public Health Association of Australia and Australian Marketing Institute.
Linda brings extensive experience as an Account Director in the marketing field, having successfully supported clients across various sectors, including banking, healthcare, government, and education. She has managed a diverse range of campaigns and projects throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from awareness to retention.
Most recently, she led the award-winning campaign ‘Connect, Your Way’ for the Murrumbidgee Primary Health Network, as well as the Safe Haven initiative for South West Sydney Local Health District, a finalist at the AMI Awards.
Linda’s organised and diligent approach is fundamental to her success. Driven by her innate empathy and customer-centric philosophy, she has earned the respect of her clients and colleagues alike. Linda has a BA in Communications Studies (major in marketing and PR).
With over 20 years of experience in content creation, journalism, research, and advocacy, Leah excels at building strong relationships with clients, which fosters trust, collaboration, and a deep understanding of their needs. Her strength lies in translating complex information into clear, compelling copy across various platforms while crafting strategies that enhance brand visibility, deepen engagement, and drive impactful results.
Leah’s expertise spans behavioural change, Environmental Social Governance (ESG), mental health, accessibility, and workplace culture. Recognised for her ability to blend creativity with strategic insight, she has been integral to the success of campaigns for organisations like the Department of Health and Aged Care, South West Sydney Local Health District, Murrumbidgee Primary Health Network, Moir Group and Kineo.
Joanne has over 20 years of expertise in market and social research, specialising in research design, analysis, reporting, client engagement, project management, and operations. Her versatile skill set enables her to deliver actionable insights that amplify diverse voices across a variety of projects.
At Juntos Marketing and Leapfrog Research, Joanne has led a range of qualitative and quantitative research initiatives. She has facilitated focus groups, in-depth interviews, workshops, and user testing for prestigious clients such as the Department of Health and Aged Care, the Australian Human Rights Commission, Rozetta, Primary Health Networks, Accountancy Insurance, and the University of Sydney.
Joanne is particularly skilled at engaging hard-to-reach populations, utilising both in-person and remote research methods. Her ability to build rapport with a wide range of community members is complemented by her expertise in quantitative research. She regularly oversees surveys focused on satisfaction, service effectiveness, tracking, and campaign evaluation, providing clients with deep insights that inform decision-making. Joanne has a BA in Social Science.
Alex has a wide variety of experience in design ranging from a degree in Interior & Spatial Design, web, graphic, digital and social media. She is experienced in creating design concepts, using multiple tools and working through the stages and collaborating with others until fruition. Her marketing background has been in the hospitality industry but is excited to now be working with clients from various disciplines to help and improve the lives of others. She brings a thorough understanding of design applications and methods required for these projects to reach target audiences and has been previously commended by Scottish design agencies for her unique design processes and creativity.
Aurora works on projects that range from company branding to social media, utilising her visual arts background to produce unique and creatively focused content. Her skill set lies in graphic design, animation, content creation, print media, and illustration.
Aurora enjoys working with clients from the ground up and taking the time to understand the ethos and heart of a project to create a result that is satisfying, fresh, and pleasing for everyone involved. She prides herself on having a dedicated approach, a deep understanding of design applications, and always utilising a creative thinking process.
