Community consultation can make or break a renewable energy project. Done well, it builds trust with Traditional Owners, landowners and the wider community, and earns the social licence your project needs to move forward. Done poorly, it becomes one of the most common reasons projects stall, run over time, or fail to win approval.
That is where Juntos comes in. As your consultation and strategic communications partner, we know how to navigate sensitive conversations, reach the people who matter, and run a rigorous process, so you can strengthen your social licence and keep your project on track.
Proof points:
We partner with organisations to help secure social licence on projects without having to scale their team.
We tailor every consultation to the people it needs to reach. Depending on what your project requires, we draw on:
Quantitative research – surveys and community sentiment tracking
Qualitative research – in-depth interviews, focus groups and workshops
Co-design workshops and town halls
Stakeholder consultation
We manage everything in the consultation process for you, from planning and recruitment through to detailed community engagement reports.
We are experts in stakeholder engagement, consulting with people from every part of a community, including business owners, farmers and council members and beyond. We are also skilled at reaching the groups others find hardest to engage, including:

The South West Sydney Local Health District (SWSLHD) engaged Juntos to explore and address low attendance levels at its Safe Haven sites. Safe Havens offer a non-clinical, peer-led and evidence-based alternative to hospital emergency departments to people experiencing suicidal distress.
Using insights gained through structured co-design, research and consultation, we planned and created a storytelling-focused campaign tailored to the local community.
