Methodology

We created a campaign using insights gained through structured co-design, research and consultation.

The results

  • Awareness and attendance improved at Safe Haven Campbelltown and Liverpool
  • Awareness increased from 12% to 22% (pre- vs post-campaign)
  • Attendance increased 110% year on year

A federal department needed evidence-based recommendations from a full spectrum of the Australian community. This is the same consultation rigour energy sector projects need when engaging dispersed regional communities.

Methodology

The consultation process involved 13 workshops, 53 in-depth professional interviews, 33 focus groups and 26 consumer interviews.
