Carolyn Loton


A marketing specialist for over 20 years, Carolyn is committed to strategic thinking as the foundation of successful marketing and long term business value. She is passionate about Marketing for Good, and loves communicating positive health and ageing messages effectively.

Since founding Juntos Marketing in 2006, Carolyn has worked with many organisations across health, education, professional services and industry. Previously she held executive positions in marketing and sales at some of Australia’s largest consumer goods companies, where she worked on many leading brands.

She holds a Master of Business Administration from Edinburgh University, a Diploma in Marketing and Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy).

Health and social marketing is of particular importance to Carolyn, who originally trained and worked as an Occupational Therapist in acute hospitals, rehabilitation settings and in the community.

When she’s not at work, Carolyn loves a hit of tennis, quilting and disappearing into a good book. She currently has white knuckles helping teach her son to drive.

Belinda Thomas

Senior Marketing Consultant

Belinda has 20 years’ experience in marketing and communications and enjoys a strong working relationship with all of her clients.

She manages and develops marketing strategies and loves delivering the design and creation of all print and campaign materials.

Experienced in marketing for not-for-profit organisations; Belinda is also an active volunteer in various community, school and sporting groups and in her ‘free time’, loves to get out and run.

Cat Adams

Senior Account Manager

With 10 years marketing experience under her belt, Cat has a broad range of skills in PR, events and digital marketing.  In her most recent role as Digital Account Director at Holler, she managed clients in the FMCG and Financial Services sectors. With a mix of experience in strategy, social, campaigns and managing large website builds she is eager to apply that knowledge and work in collaboration with her clients to get the best possible results.

Cat has always had an interest in the not-for-profit sector, and after a 6-month stint volunteering at the Wesley Mission, she decided to follow her passions and focus her effort on improving social impact through her work.

Cat is also a qualified yoga teacher and an avid tennis player with a particular interest in Japanese 17th Century art.  Cat will be job sharing with Elissa and working Wed, Thurs, Friday each week.

Sara Kootbaully

Senior Account Manager

Sara spent the majority of her career in a media agency environment as a communications planning specialist, where she helped businesses like Google and PayPal to grow through strategic and results driven campaigns.

More recently, she worked with Relationships Australia NSW, where she immersed herself in the NFP marketing space and learnt about the challenges faced within the sector.

Sara’s insight-driven approach – together with her strong understanding of media channels – helps her to get to the heart of business challenges and find the right solutions for our clients.

She is passionate about ‘Marketing for Good’ as a means to improve the lives of everyday people and to strengthen community connections.

Sara job shares with Laura and works Wednesday-Friday.

Laura Craddock

Senior Account Manager

Laura is a strong all-round communicator with expertise in project management, direct and digital marketing. She has worked in both client-based and agency roles, across a broad range of industries including recruitment, telecommunications, finance, travel and automotive.

As a child, Laura was taught to be a ‘maker’, not a ‘breaker’. Having a job where she can make a positive contribution to the world is important to her.

Laura enjoys pilates, bad dancing, reading crime thrillers and spending time by the water.

Laura job shares with Sara and works Monday-Wednesday.
