When you eat out at a café or restaurant, purchase or prepare a whole range of foods, you may never have thought about what keeps us all safe. Behind the scenes, the NSW Food Authority provides an enormous range of information, resources, training, support and guidance for people who need to make sure that our food is safe to eat.
In such a complex and changing setting, it can be challenging to effectively get the messages out, stay consistent and make it easy for consumers, retailers and food producers.
So we teamed up with the NSW Food Authority team to help them develop a communication and engagement strategy, encompassing all their key audiences and messages. We incorporated personas to make messaging easier and more consistent.
Having reviewed and suggested improvements to their communications, social media channels and website user experience, it has been really rewarding to build on this, by designing and developing engaging, useful assets, from fact sheets and videos to updated website page designs.
